Therefore, our organization is deeply committed to delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally competent health services for underserved communities who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or mental illness.

We offer free and accessible mental health services including private behavioral therapy, family therapy, and support groups to address culturally sensitive topics, de-stigmatize mental health discussions, and promote self-expression. Sabil’s Mental Health program also consists of an emergency hotline, workshops on various health topics, art/music classes, health fairs/ symposiums, community hikes, and other mindful activities that promote mental and physical wellness. Together, we strive to foster a community where mental wellness is prioritized and accessible to all.
